I think a Lynx Level 4 would do pretty well for you at $1579..... Strong I7-9700F 8-Core CPU and excellent mid-range NVidia RTX 2070 Super would perform very well in WoW at High game settings in 1080P or 2K/1440P.

If you are gaming on a 1080p monitor, and have no plans to upgrade any time soon, the Lynx Level 3 is your choice. (Average 93 fps on max settings.)

The Level 4 $ difference is all in the GPU, so it's only worth the extra if you have a 1440p monitor to drive.
