Need a gaming computer

Hey guys! I am a current console gamer but want to get into PC! I really don't know much about the internals and need some ideas for a build I can do. If you have any recommendations please let me know!

Budget:
I mean, If I can make a rocking computer for <$1,500 that would be dope! I am willing to spend up to $2,000 not including the other stuff like mouse, keyboard etc. This should give plenty of room to build a beast.

Expectations:
I want this to run any game I could possibly play with the highest FPS/Ping possible.

Usage:
Gaming and other computing stuff

Special Needs:
This things has to look DOPE! I want colors and lights and everything. This will be the center of attention in my room so I want it to be looking really, really cool.
