Need a mid tower case

Hi all just wondered what you all thought about these cases.  I really like my CM 840 but it is really big and I might be moving my build into a smaller case.  Anyone have any opinions on these cases?  I am looking for a good quality mid-tower no more than 140 dollars shipped.  Needs to fit a ati 5870.  I'd like to try another brand besides Cooler Master.

Yes that fractal design is more towards what i am after.  It looks great I just don't know about the quality due to it being new and all.

I highly appreciate your suggestions.
