Evening all,
 
Anyone have any suggestions for a RegionFree DVD software app?
Free would be nice :)
Running Vista 64 here so one compatible with the OS would be nice.

you can try the trial version but its not free anydvd hd

or you can use "free dvd"


have you thought about emulation?

Player is what I am looking for.
Heading to Ireland soon and my wife would like to pick up some DVDs they have over there that are not released here in the US.
We'd like to be able to play them on the HP laptops DVD drive.
My DS PC:

then try free dvd that I have posted, it removes protections for the dvd folder, so you don't have to mess with your dvd drive

Hows this app work?

Seems like you have to rip it to the HD first and play it from there. We were looking more for an app that let us just pop in a DVD in drive and play it thru media player or such.

No you pop in the DVD, the you use this app to navigate to the DVD drive and the DVD folder on that DVD drive.

then you should be able to remove all the protection from it.
