OC your cpu from bios.

HWMonitor will tell you your temps for all.

hehe, ive clicked on every setting in my bios page, and nothing has anything about overclocking except i can manually set timings for my ram :/

I went to cpu configuration and there was only 3 things:
amd cool n quiet
amd Live!
and the ram thingy.

Edit: wow, the OCZ Vanquisher keeps my cpu at 22c :P
