My order when onto stage 3 on July 9th, fast forward to today and it still hasnt updated, i know it says 1-3 days but why is it taking almost 2+ weeks? if i could get an update that would be great. Thanks

ps: i also contacted then 2 days ago and still no response so i am assuming this would be a fast way of getting a response

I am not seeing a ticket for your order to check status. Did you call in or email?

I checked on your order and its actually in assembly now!
