I need help in selecting one of the special deals (on gaming desktops) according to what I will be using it for in the future.

 
I currently have a budget of $1600 and I am looking for a pc that can run CS 1.6 and CS:S under the highest settings (although I know that it doesn't take much to do this), as well as record in-game footage @ 100+ FPS without any FPS loss.
 
I am also looking to play newer games such as Aion and Blade and Soul when they come out without having any problems with system performance.
 
After considering my budget.. I have come across 2 possible choices:
 
the i5 Enthusiast 2 and the i7 Extreme 1
 
I was wondering which one would better serve the purposes i've stated above or if there are any customizations I need to make in order to improve these systems.
 
I also want to take into cosideration how much these systems are overclocked and how much noise/heat these systems will generate (based on other people's experiences) since stability does not necessarily lead to a quiet system.
 
Any help would be much appreciated.
