Need help/advice new pc

   I am trying to get a desktop that i can use to stream/youtube, game (ocassionally) on, ect.. but i am mainly a console gamer . I just need a build that can help me stream xbox x gameplay at its best and will el gato 4k work with it ?  . ps i dont know much about pc so put me on
