Need help configuring

   Hello everyonne I have been looking for a new computer ever since mine died a week ago.  I knew about a couple gaming companies but found a new unknown one to me called Digital storm I decided to surf through and make a wise descion on which company to choose.  I, after reading forums and looking through prices etc., have fell in love with Digital storm and will most likely be making a purchase here.   Anyways on to my troubles :]. 

I have a 24 inch screen so I believe I will need SLI the best bang for buck seems to be the back to school extreme 1 the SLI 2xGTX 275's liquid cooled 6 GB of DDR3 Ram all great but the 700W power supply worries me.  Would it be easy to take it out and replace it with a 1000W or more if I decided to uprgade later on.  Also thoughts on configurations and prebuilts, will I lose quality with a prebuilt?  I also thought of just pitching good money in for the extreme 3 because I see a ton of saving value with that deal but its a lot of money..  Anyways thanks in advance and excuse me for writing so much :].  

Oh and I also would like a something to help me connect to my wireless network but that can't be changed in the extreme 1 prebuild any suggestions?
