I been needing a new pc now for awhile, and I decided on purchasing a Vanquish, the reviews are awesome, and they seem to fit my needs. My skill level when it comes to pc building and the such would be average, I have put together systems, but i always have problems picking parts. The wide selection of parts, brands, and the rate of updates gets a bit unwieldy for me.

Im upgrading from a q6600, gt9800gt, 3gm ram, and a 500gb hard drive.

It will be mostly used for Blizzard games (diablo 3, Wow) and the like, rift, guild wars, etc. I game on a 1680*1050.

I been looking at the Vanquish lvl 1 or 2 and if need be the lvl 3, but that is the limit of my budget.

Any insight, experiences, recommendation would be very helpful, such as do my wants much my needs?
Can on run these games smoothly on these systems.

Hi DynamiteHost.... Welcome to to the forums. The Vanquish 1 is an entry level system with a video card a bit weak for higher gaming. It games good but needs settings dropped. The Vanquish 2 and 3 are a big jump in gaming and very similar gaming performance, with their video cards pretty much equal in performance. The Vanquish 3 for the added money does give you a quad core cpu vs dual core in Vanquish 2 and does have a larger power supply for future upgrades. The quad core cpu helps in some games by a few fps and in other games, no difference.
Bottom line... The Vanquish 2 and 3 are very close but Vanquish 3 gives more longevity if upgrading is a possibility and games use more cpu. For your monitor either will play real nice.

If you're budget only allows for the L1 or L2 Vanquish, go for the L2. If you can squeeze out a few more $$ than the L3 would allow for easier future upgrades and will provide for better performance over the long haul without upgrades...

For modern gaming on a budget I would select between level 2 and level 3. Each will provide reasonable performance on the higher settings and rock-solid performance at slightly lower settings. The difference between 2 vs 3 is processing power (Of less benefit for gamers, though it can affect loading times and some modding) and room to expand for the future (level 2 has 430w and H81 motherboard which leaves little to no room for expansions).

Personally, if you can afford it level 3 is worth the higher price but sticking with the level 2 would save you some cash which you could put towards a solid-state drive or something else you may need, and should be able to handle any current game at respectable settings.
