as i understand it, this is as simple as grabbing RivaTuner
 
jack up the fan to 90-100, and slowly push up core/shader/mem, until you see instability, and then back it off 2-3 notches.
 
I, however, am deathly afraid to try this because of the nvida driver stop errors
