Need help picking a gaming pc

So I think I've narrowed it down to two that are on sale.

1st one:

Mem: 8GB, DDR4, 2400MHz; up to 32GB
HD: 1TB 7200RPM 6Gb/s
Graph: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 with 3GB GDDR5

2nd one:
Price: 1149.19 (reg 1588.99)
Proc: AMD Ryzen™ 7 1700X Processor (8C/16T, 20MB Cache, 3.8 GHz Precision Boost)
Mem: 8GB, 2400MHz, DDR4; up to 32GB
HD: 1TB (64MB Cache) 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s
Graph: AMD Radeon™ RX 580 with 8GB GDDR5 Graphics Memory

I want a computer that can do gaming and VR (Which both can I think) but also streaming. I'm a little worried about the i3 8100 but it seems to perform a little better than the i5 4670 which Twitch suggests as a minimum for streaming?

Also I know AMD tends to be a power hog and the 2nd rig doesn't come with any liquid cooling (neither does the 1st) and I'm a little worried it'll overheat but I can't say I've ever had AMD tech so I'm not sure how big a problem that would be if any.

I'd appreciate any suggestions/help here as the sale ends tomorrow so I need to decide pretty quick. Thanks!
