For your budget the Vanquish level 4 is best bang for your buck.   The 8700 processor is an excellent gaming chip and the gtx 1080 graphics card is good for 1080p and 1440p gaming .

If you wanted different SDD, mobo, etc you’d blow your budget going the custom route like Lumos and Velox.
