Need help

Hey there guys, post pretty much sums it up. Looking for as good as I can get, strictly for gaming..ideally at 1440 144hz, and also with some consideration to futureproofing, i.e. 4k when it becomes really viable. Basically would like a strong 980 Ti SLI system, relatively cool and quiet at slightly under what the ultimate Slade/Apollo pre-builds cost.

Don't really know a whole lot about MOBOs, chipsets, differences in types/brands of RAM. Thanks in advance.
