Hi,
Welcome to DS
You would probably get better responses in the Configuration Discussion section of the forum.

I am also learning so don't give suggestions but others are very good and knowledgeable.

It will be helpful if you know the resolution of the monitor(s) you are going to use so that the gurus know what hardware best suits your needs.

Enjoy. Big%20Smile

As hoserator suggests, target monitor and resolution you hope to play at would be helpful, but I can generalize here.

If we talk about 1080P 60hz resolution, its a stretch to do all high settings in most current titles with a pc for that budget. The Lynx 3 might meet your needs, but its budget level RTX 2060 video card may not play everything well at high settings in 1080P or 1440.

Builds centered around the stronger midrange NVidia RTX 2070 video card are a much better bet to game at high settings in most titles at 1080P or 1440. The Vanquish 4 at $1,799 and the Lynx 4 at $1,999 are the builds I would recommend you shoot for because they use the stronger RTX 2070 GPU. That card is the sweet spot of the NVidia lineup and can play newer titles at high settings in most games at 1080P or 1440 and high monitor refresh rates.

Lynx 3 ($1,399) Config # 2390043
This enrty level build has a budget NVidia
    RTX 2060 video card, a 8-core 16-thread Ryzen 7
2700 CPU, and 16 GB RAM, entry level X470
motherboard, 600w PSU, 240 GB SSD Drive 1
& 2 TB Drive 2. Won't play everything at high
setings, but fits the stated budget.

Vanquish 4 ($1,799) Config # 2390057
This stronger build has the excellent RTX 2070 midrange
    GPU, better i7-8700 6-core 12-thread CPU, better
    Z370 motherboard,16 GB RAM, 600w PSU, 500 GB SSD
    Drive 1 & 2 TB Drive 2.

Lynx 4 ($1,999) Config # 2390052
The best bang for the buck in the DS lineup.
Excellent RTX 2070 midrange GPU, excellent
i7-9700K overclockable 8-core CPU, DS 240 mm AIO
(sealed-maintenence free) CPU cooler, 16 GB RAM,
better Z390 motherboard, 750w modular PSU,
    500 GB M.2 (SATA III) SSD Drive 1 & 2 TB Drive 2.

See if that gives you any ideas...

Never hurts to build with the best GPU you can afford!

That said, the RTX 2060 will max out settings on almost everything at 1080p. It's only a scant 4% off the GTX 1070 Ti, with newest tech and fastest memory. Should typically deliver 80-100fps maxed out at 1080p.
