need help. Where can I find the optimal overclocking settings?

AMD and Intel both have overclocking advisories on their official websites. I don't think overclocking is a very good idea for gaming with any proc out in the last year and a half or so. The Turbo feature built in has you covered better than ever, and running hotter than normal all the time doesn't net you much.

If you must, I'd stick with advice from the horse's website rather than a third party source.
