Need help with choosing system

Hello I need some good advice, I was gonna wait till the gtx 300 arrived so it would lower the price on all the old cards so i would get a better value. But seeing how the DS price are great right now I think I may order my rig soon because the value might not  be the same as if i were to wait.
 
I am trying to decide between the: ticket #328788 or the Extreme 2 prebuild.My max price range is 2700 and both choices bring me well below that am looking for the best system that would be able to max out games like crysis now and be able to upgrade to the gtx 300 series later without buying a whole new set of expensive hardware to be able to do it (new motherboard,powersupply,etc)

I will be gaming on a 1920x1080 monitor. Also i heard that the asetek LCLC was better then all the air cooling choices but with less the noise,is it true because I would like my rig as quiet as possible.

if you are looking for a quite pc, 90% of your noise comes from your gpu's fans and not the cpu cooler.
