need help with my config please

sadly, i only have around $1,200 to spend (maybe a little more) :( it's not much, but anything has to be better than my previous computer. i need something that will run WoW smoothly.
my brother set up this config for me, saved ticket number: 500233
but i'm not sure if that's what i should get. any suggestions ?
