Need new computer

Greetings

Three months ago my 19" LCD monitor stopped displaying anything.  Have an old CRT so I hooked that up.  Shortly after, my 3 1/2 computer started giving few, then many BSOD's,  system hangs and crashes.  I troubleshoot fairly well and determined it is not the memory or HD's.  Updated drivers, BIOS, nothing works.  I've had it!  Was going to wait until early next year to buy a new one, but I have no choice but to do it now.

Been doing lots of research and decided Digital Storm is the company I want to build my new system.   I'm a gamer and also do some video editing.  My budget minus a new monitor is $3,000.  Here is the build I'm considering:   Ticket #: 319713

Need to buy a new monitor and so far I like the Samsung T240HD.  Great reviews from newegg.com and priced just under $300. Not certain what resolution I will run games at.

So:

1.  How does the build look?

2.  How quiet will this rig be?

3.  Does it have adequate cooling?  My "play area" can be a little on the warm side in the summer and don't want any heat related issues.
 
4.  What are your opinions on the monitor mentioned above?  How are the monitors offered by Dig.Storm?

Anyway, revised my order a bit, more in line with DST4ME's suggestions.  Also added, " LCD Temperature Display & Fan Controller".  Concerned about heat buildup and want to monitor that.  Is this a good choice, or is the NZXT better?

Want to order TODAY once I'm sure my order passes scrutiny.

You are right,  temp can be monitored with software.  Will remove that option.

You said that the fans will add more noise and that is why you did not add them.  Are you referring to the Chassis mod fans?  Because you did add the Zalman performance fans.

I pulled the trigger and ordered a new rig on August 13. (one week ago).  It entered stage 6 on Tuesday and I'm getting close to starting the bad habit of chewing my nails waiting anxiously for it to ship and arrive!   I ordered a new monitor, Sumsung T240HD, which arrived a couple of days ago.  If only I had a computer to hook it up to!  Below is the config I used.  Got some good advice from the technical staff at DS.
