Right know I have a vanquish 2 level 4 with 2x 4 gb corsair vengeance I will be upgrading to 2x 8 gb corsair vengeance I am new to this so wich 16 gb corsair vengeance is the best? There are so many diffrent one i have no clew and I will not be over clocking any advise wich one I should get?

From a complete newb at this... The Vanquish II Ultimate's mobo has only two slots for RAM, so as long as it's a matched set, it shouldn't be a problem. 

But, as with everything on this board, I'm probably wrong... lol... Chilling

Snaike nailed it. Just get a matched set of DDR3 at 1600mHz . You can go to sites like Corsair, Crucial, etc and use there tool to scan your system and give suggestions or type in the mobo model.

As said above, just make sure it is a 1600mhz pair and it should work fine.

Or.... OOOOORRRRRRRR, get a match set of 2933mhz ram!

Also, Fun fact, most cpu's memory controllers are set to 1333mhz, with a select few @ 1600mhz. So when you swap our the memory, you might... and I say might as in there's a good chance you might not, have to go into the bios and set the xmp profile for your speed and timings.

Thanks for all the help I just bought it corsair vengeance pro red one at newegg it was on sale and it meets all specs
