Budget:
$1500

Expectations:
Want to play new and upcoming games at max settings such as BF3 or Skyrim. My screen is small, just 19" @ 1366 x 768

Usage:
Mostly for gaming and a bit of image editing

Special Needs:
Really looking for a small case. I'm living in a dorm and don't want a rig that takes up much space. I'm currently thinking about the Enix, but it's quite expensive and I'm not sure if it can handle future games.

big no on that one.

look at ode 0 or ode 1, both will do great, ode 1 comes with 2600k which in the long run is the best choice for cpu at this time. ode 1 comes with 570, ode zero comes with 2500k and 560.

at @ 1366 x 768 res teh 560 is more then enough to do what you asked.

oh sorry I forgot:

ode 0

ode 1

Thanks for the advice, now I'm thinking about the ODE lvl 1. Does anyone know the available payment method for DS? (credit, debit, check etc.)
