A Big Hello To Everyone!!! Budget-$1,800 or less
Looking for some advise here. My Husband and I are not gamers and we would like a computer thats going to carry us for a few years to come before it gets to outdated. We will be adding a PCI-DVR card to run our security cams when we receive the computer. Would our best bet be the ODE Level 1? I like this case but, I really like looks of the HAF models.
My only worry with the ODE Level 1 is the Motherboard. It seems to get decent reviews but, would we be better off to build our own and upgrade the Motherboard and since we are not gamers downgrade the video card?
I appreciate any advise that you might be able to give me. I am looking to hold off until Black Friday before ordering just in case DS runs some sweet deals!

The pictures don't do it justice, it looks much much better in person, specially if you get oem 200mm led fans on it(not the fan upgrade option).

@-Aka-LOL. I have my computer room decorated in Harley Davidson so I thought the HAF models would look killer especially decked out with the red lighting. I am even considering the HAF Black Edition?
@-DSTME-Thank you for your advise. Would I need to call DS to get them to add the 200mm led fans? Are the HAF 932 cases easy to get into? I have never installed a DVR card before so I want to be able to get the the Motherboard easy. I love this forum!

For a single gpu system the 932 is more then enough and easy to get into.
for 932 if you want led fans they will all get changed to 200mm but you have to ask them specifically for the oem 200mm led fans, and they only come in red or blue. adding a pci card is very easy. Edited by DST4ME - 06 Nov 2011 at 9:24pm |
