I have placed an order a few days ago at this point, and recently my family has had an emergency and need the funds back, I'm wondering what I have to do to cancel the order, it has already been processed. Any help is much appreciated.

There would be no help here on the forums as we are mainly users here... not staff.

I would suggest you start calling as soon as they open to get in contact with their sales department.
