Well, to start, when i first got my rig in september, it came with loads of problems, i had to send it back and wait about 2 or 3 weeks and guess what, when i get it back, it still has problems. On top of that the PC i recieved can barely boot a game without freezing/crashing. The hard drive failed yesterday, and now im just sick of it. I have never been more upset with a purchase in my entire life

I would be interested in what was fixed originally and what problems your having. The reason I ask is because many times people think that loads of problems they are having are hardware related when they are not. I am not by any means a computer expert, because if I were I would be builing my own and not having one on order from DSO. But, I do understand my way around a computer and how to make the software work.
My neighbor is always calling me when his croaks. His major problems are always that his daughter turns off the firewalls or anti-virus soft ware and then they get a virus or malware or spyware. Or they down load something that they should not have and next you know it wont start or shut down anymore, or worse.
Also, he never updates his drivers and doesnt care to learn how to clean up his system what so ever.
That said....... What kind of system do you have? What video card and memory? Wondering that because if a game won't work it could be that your system can't handle it. Or, it could be your hard drive was bad and / or dying all along. I have lost hard drives before. Never a good thing. Lots of funky stuff happens when they start to fail. There are lots of questions people would have to have answered before we could even speculate what at issue.
And I am thinking that since you just got the system, you should CALL the DSO people directly and talk to them. Posting on here really won't help to resolve your issues with just limited information.
Just my opinion.....

Tammer don't give up. You made a good purchase, let DSO fix the problems. I have been around these boards for awhile and they have yet to stop helping a customer till they are satisfied. Get the machine back to them and allow them to go through the entire system or put in some phone time.
The hardest part will be the wait for you.

Give us a call and we'll see what we can do. If nothing else, we can declare your computer a lemon and build you a new one.

If your hard drive is clicking, it's dying. How constant are the clicks? We can send you a new drive, but it sounds like that isn't your only problem. Give me a call tomorrow, my extension is 10, and we can talk over all of the problems you are having. If you do have to send your system back to us again, we'll replace it with a new one.

Interestingly it might be something you are installing that is causing this. If this problem happened before, you sent it back, and then we checked it out, tested it over and over, and then sent it back to you, and finally you are still having an issue.... that does not mix well with me. It can be something you are install or attaching (accessory) to the unit causing them as well. But, just as Dave said, we will be more than happy to help you find the issue, we need you to give us a call.

I thought the same as you do alex, but even after a reformat it had. Frequent issues, another thing is the issues now aren't all the same as the ones I was having originally. Before sending it back
