I never received my digital access code for Assassin's Creed Valhalla for purchasing an AMD Ryzen 9 with my PC. It is not anywhere in the binder nor in the emails.

I didn't either, and have corresponded with 2 separate customer service representatives about it. One has had significant, weeks-long delays in replies and has now told me that the offer has expired so I can no longer receive it. The other person was extremely unhelpful and rude, said I can't receive the code, and accepted no responsibility on the company's behalf for my having been promised the code at the time of the order.
This is the worst customer service I've ever received.
