Whats the bus speed on their new quad cores?
I cant seem to find it anywhere i look.

Just wondering if there as fast as the new Intels, seeing as how intel has upgraded up to 1333fsb, and 1600 on the I7's.

Are the new AMD's the same?

the 965 can use ram even faster then 2000MHz, with the i7 the fsb was dropped so there is no fsb in i7

Okay, so i guess the right question to be asked is this:
Are the newer AMD quad cores as good as the Intels?

Value, price per performance? or outright total performance?  The i7 will walk all over the ph II, but you can build a ph II cheaper. And ALL i7's since their inception can do over 2000Mhz ram in tri channel instead of Amd's dual channel set up.

well also ph II is going to die in Q4 of this year
