Hey! Got my Vanquish V lvl 3 today! Ill do a full review later after I have time to get it setup, but for now a few things.
-- On unboxing the side panel facing the back of the mobo was loose, haven't taken it off yet to see if its bent at all or damaged.
-- On startup initially no post, no power. Checked inside and the mobo power and connector had come off. I reslotted these and it booted, was fully loaded before I managed to plug my monitor back in as I swapped the power cables to be sure it wasn't the cable before opening the case.
So far running great, a little loud but ill tune that later.

Now what I need some help on--
-- Resolved the hdmi port, was just well hidden.

-- One of the wifi antennas for the pcie wireless card just spins loosely without ever making full contact, but ill look into this myself further before getting it replaced.

Now that seems like a a lot, but don't mistake it for me not being satisfied with the system so far, just getting a few kinks worked out.

Congrats.   

The video card probably has black plastic caps covering the monitor ports. Just remove the caps.

Make sure you're plugging the monitor into the gtx 970 and not the mobo integrated video ports near the USB and audio. .   Gtx 970 doesn't have a vga, so move the monitor plug down to the gtx 970 after taking the caps off.

Ah I found it, thought it very odd the card didn't have hdmi port. I was using the dvi-vga adapter that was included to connect to the card.
The caps were jet black with almost no bezel to the point they looked exactly like part of the case.
