Hello was hoping for any feedback or suggestions on this setup, this will be my 2nd DS rig upgrading from my 2014 Virtue. Much Appreciated!

The parts selected will serve you well, IMO. Just to be sure you know, the Bolt case is very tight, so there are some compromises that are made...downsized mobo and smaller PSU. Not a problem, but want to be sure you know.

In those tight confines, I would discourage you from overclocking the video card. There is just not enough gain for the extra heat that's generated. It could raise the temps across the board inside the case, but more problematic to me is that it could well increase how often and loudly your GPU fans have to spin up. I don't think it's worth it. The SUPER version is already a stepped up 2070. Overclock on the CPU is fine as it's on a liquid all-in-one with a radiator.
