hey everyone,
this is the first pc i have ever built/customized, so some help would be appreciated. my budget is 1500 with out postage i can go a bit over but not much
here is my current build

For $14 bucks more you can get a mouse keyboard and speakers if you choose a promo bundle with your Acer 22in.
 
Otherwise I would wait for a few comments from some of the veterans about processor/card and fan selection etc.
 
It would help to if you explained what you wanted to use the computer for.
 
Congrats on trying for a custom build instead of the charade of chosing between equally inefficient machines pre-boxed from a box store!

lots of things could be improved, most should be changed, id suggest looking over the guide in my signature for some help / info
for starters, you will need a good cpu cooler and id suggest looking elsewhere for monitors especially if shipping costs concern you

Also a Problem i forgot to mention is that i'm Australia and i don't think these guys ship here so i'm getting the list of parts and trying to find them here which is incredibly difficult.

they do ship to Australia, you just have to email Sarah, the sales manager (sorry don't remember the email address), and make the arrangements with her ;)

also another thing. i want some usb ports on the front of my case do i need to purchase a card or usb hub or something?

us dollars and most cases have usbs on the front now, the sniper case you chose up there has one
