hey welcome to the forum

here are a few questions for you

What resolution will you be gaming at?

What is your Budget?

Are firm with AMD or are you ok with intel?
Why do they blame me for all their little failings? They use my name as if I spent my entire day sitting on their shoulders, forcing them to commit acts they would otherwise find repulsive - Lucifer

We need to know in what resolution your are going to be playing at... and your budget.

Here are some pointers
Processor---> Intel i7 is a better choice (because its faster and new)... i had AMD and did not like it.
Power Supply---> You should get a 1000W so if you ever want to upgrade or add a graphics card, you'll be ok).
HD---> you should get a VelociRaptor they are faster.
Optical Drive---> you choose 2 reader... change then to writers.
OS---> get a Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit

can I get a ticket number for the build you have listed? for that resoutin to run games in high settings you will need 2 gpus, which I can tell you right now will crush your budget.

most games play at your monitor's res.

on the config page after you config, press "save and email" from the right hand side, and then when the page reloads you will be given a ticket number.

I am guessing you have 24" monitor?

As DST said, you will need 2 GPUs to run games at that res, and that will definitely hurt your budget.
