I have an HP ENVY that I purchased in 2018. Works fine, just looking to see what's out there. Current config:

The storage (amount) makes sense.

The CPU is unnecessary, even for "future proofing." I suggest a 14600K or if you want to splurge, a 14700K as it has a slightly higher boost clock and four more efficiency cores than the 13700K.

Memory... I don't think 32GB will be limit for quite some time.

In the realm of graphics cards/GPUs, the pro/workstation class primary benefits are more VRAM (per tier) and certification with certain professional software suites. For your use, I recommend an RTX 4060 or if you splurge, the RTX 4070 Ti. They have better efficiency as well as the newest video encoders (NVENC) and decoders (NVDEC). The 4070 Ti (and higher) even includes dual encoders, which now support hardware encoding of the AV1 codec.
