First off: Are you gaming or doing video editing and such.  If you are Gaming @ what resolution?
Before we can help you clear off the uneeded stuff we need to know that.

As far as the memory I don't mind the extra$$. 12Gigs.What board do you reccomend?? The 3xsli classified?? I'll go with it.Thanks again guys.

this is a much better system, with better quality parts and no overkill, also this is assuming your res is 2560 x 1600, if its lower then that, then you need to go with 1 x 5870m, cause you would never notice the difference:

if you need a bluray read/writer then add that back in.

12GB is pointless, you have absolutely nothing to gain from it, it does however put more stress on the memory controller and all for nothing, cause you will see no performance gain from it.
