Hello All,
Not sure if I'm posting in the correct section, so I hope this is where I can get my questions answered.
I am seeking to build another gaming PC, but it has been years since I have been "up-to-date" with the new and upcoming stuff. I have been reviewing several sites (the usual cyberpower, stealthmachines, etc.) and by far with the most impressive resume seems to lie with digital storm.
After reviewing the consumer buyer sites (RR), I realize that they're awesome satisfactory stories concerning DS, but like any other company, horrid stories as well. LOL, I know if I get the following answers, it will be biased towards DS, however I suppose I am seeking some kind of reassurance in the kind of quality that DS will offer, and if I do follow through with DS, I will not receive generic parts or horrible customer service, etc. (cough cough SAGER).
That being my first questions, my second is my rig configuration. As of now, I am seeking a top end computer, but I hope the parts I have selected are compatible with each other and in hoping I don't seem like a noob.
1: I have chosen the Lian Li PC -P80B chasis in hopes of not only achieving the looks, but also the accessibility I seek. Also, I am unfamiliar with liquid cooler and the external digital display, which is also what I want, so if you could leave any feedback with your opinion I would appreciate it.
Intel Core i7 950
ASUS Rampage III Extreme
6 GB DDR3
2: 750W Power Supply. Another area I am unfamiliar with, should I go higher? or stay with the standard 500W?
80GB for OS and 1TB WD Hard drive
2XSLI GTX 480 1.5GB
Stage 2 Asetek CPU Cooler
3: Touch 2000 Temp Display. Do you guys have any preference in displays?
4: Is noise suppression needed?
And that's basically it I think. I apologize for being so thorough and lengthy.
But please, I welcome any opinions, comments and feedback.
Thanks!

What's your budget? Main use for the system?
1. You definitly want to go with a higher PSU b/c you're SLI GTX 480s. I would go 1200W.
2. Although the Aerocool's nice to look at, skip it.
3. Noise suppression is not needed. It could trap heat inside.
4. The Asetek is not a genuine LC. It will be better to go with the Noctua as it's a great heatsink fan.
5. The Lian li is nice, but the HAF X is too and it will save you in the long run.
