To anybody else lucky enough to get their computer shipped lately:
If the "UPS" tracking number listed on the Customer Service page doesn't work, try it with "FedEx"....

Speaking of UPS, FEDEX and Postal Mail ... did you know that you DO NOT have to go to their websites to track shipments!
You can simply enter the tracking number into Google and you'll see a single link which would take you directly to the tracking page for this particular shipment tracking number.
Just a useful tip for anyone who did not know about this already.

Yeah, we just modified the email that gets sent with a tracking number: You may track this package with Google, via web (www.google.com); simply enter the tracking number into the search field.

Since, I've never received an email from DSO, that part doesn't bother me too much. Edited by Bill the Cat - 21 May 2008 at 4:18pm |

Good that you changed, I hate UPS, never really done much with fed ex around here though, so I guess ill find out if they are good not!
And good news!! Im at stage 4! Apparently it just never updated stage 3..considering stage 3 is the 24 hour test thing and i got the stage 3 & 4 emails 3.78 seconds apart according to my email!

Same thing happened to me, went from stage 2 to 4. I was so excited when that happened.
Currently in stage 5 hoping for some sort of update today.
