So what do you guys think about this config? I was wondering about the 680i motherboard and 780i... im trying to future proof this sytem so please tell me what i should add or remove

Future proof being able to upgrade without changing out the motherboard or being able to handle the games in the next couple of years?

Your rig looks good
I would also look at the Intel X38 chipset instead of the Nvidia 780i. From my experience, the Intel chipset is much more stable than Nvidia.
You don't really need SLI unless you have a real big monitor.
