New DS customer

Hi ya'll. I ordered a new DS system and am currently stuck in stage 6 since the 22nd of April. No new updates as to stage 7 so maybe there's a problem. I was hoping it would ship the 23rd but no stage 7 QA passing e-mail yet.

I'm very impressed with the customer service to this point. I'll have a review when my system arrives.
