Now some questions.
Is 750W enough for this setup, and is a Silent Edition power supply worth it? That much quieter?
Is a FrostBite liquid cooling system worth it, or will the Noctua NH-U12P do the job nicely?
Is a 2x 500GB harddrive better than a 1TB harddrive besides quicker defragging?
Is it worth getting the video card/memory frequency overclock?

I appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks!

Looks good, though you might as well drop the i7 965 to a i7 920 since you will be overclocking it anyway, no sense in wasting ~$900 when performance will be the same.

I'd get the 1TB, keep it simple. 2x500gb wont be better unless you have some specific file management.

Corsair 750w is very quiet and will handle those video cards no problem.  The "Silent Edition" is not silent at all when put under a load.

Noctua Cooler will be perfect for the overclock you chose, you should expect 3.33 - 3.6GHz (if you get the 920).

Memory frequency overclock is pointless as the i7 already provides insane memory bandwidth, video card overclock can help a bit, but you can do it yourself with a simple Google search.

venom is right, we differ in the way that I think 2 x 500GB is better then 1TB HDD, other then that I agree with everything he says, tell us what is your budget? and what resolution will you be gaming at? and we can help you get exactly what you need

That is a very good point, I hadn't even thought of the fact that I'd be overclocking it anyways.

So skip the memory frequency overclock, but would the memory fan install still be worth it?

My budget is around $3500-$4000 and I'd probably be gaming at 1680x1050.

Thanks to both of you for the help.

I'd also recommend the 150GB VelociRaptor if you're looking for a fast HDD with a cheaper price than a SSD.
