Trying to build a new gaming rig in the ~18-2k range (dont need monitor/kb/mouse/speakers, planning to use a 1920x1080 res) mainly for gaming sc2/wow/d3/the next wave of games coming out, light video editing/fraps. I'd like to be able to play on ~medium to high settings; if possible im shooting for having some room for upgradability down the road by adding another video card or w/e.
Is it worth it to get a ssd/storage hd combo with my pricerange or should I just wait to do that later on? Should I opt for a larger PSU now or just upgrade that later when the extra wattage is needed? Is it worth gettin an i7 or should i just get an i5? I haven't upgraded my comp in like ~3 years so I feel a bit in the dark about what would be most cost effective
