   Hey all. Im new here. Im planning on buying a computer in the next 6 months or so to replace my XPS. 

I Have been reading your reviews from customers and have to say I am impressed. I was looking at cyber and ibuy when I stumbled upon this site. 

My wait to buy a new pc will actually be until the next gen gpu come out. 

The questions I have are basic but important to me. 

1. Tech support. US based? English speaking? Cost, if any? Not against foreign language or culture, but if i have issues I would like to get them resolved without needing the Rosetta Stone language learning software. 

2. Quality. Are the computers shipped well packed? I saw the little video and was amazed, however not being familiar with this site I have to ask. Other sites I read about power supplies comming loose and knocking around inside the case during shipping. Scratched case windows, unplugged components...etc. Thats why I chose not to go with those sites. 

3. Liquid cooling. Is this standard on DS computers? Is it possible to get them without it? Im not sure I trust liquid inside my computer lol. I know it sounds stupid but I am a fan of the safety of air cooling. I do not do any sort of overclocking. 

4. Community. Are these boards a relatively safe place to come with questions and issues? Pr wil lit turn into a flame fest or name calling fest?  Im not sensative to any of the above as I am in a raiding guild lol, but when it comes to a severl thousand dollar investment, I would like to think if i had questions or concerns I would be treated better than I was when I tried getting answers from the Dell community. 

For reference im running:

Dell XPS 630i
650i motherboard-(i think)
4gb 667 ram
500gb hd 7200rpm
GTX 260 Core 216 (ordered this myself to replace the burned 8800GT sli set up it came with)
20 inch Samsung Syncmaster 205 BW 1680x1050

I plan on keeping the monitor, payed $300 for it new and it still runs and looks great. 

I would like to build a system that wont need an upgrade for a LONG time. I play alot of WoW but also enjoy the heck out of any FPS I can get my hands on. 

Crysis, CoD, MoH, F.E.A.R, you name it. 

Any ideas on a starter system, or general ideas in general im open to anything.

	1. tech-support is life time, parts are 3 to 5 years, English speaking and USA based. 2. PC is packed well yes but the shipping companies don't take it easy on them, if you pc gets to you damaged, you just ship it back to DS for them to fix or replace it at no cost to you. 3. LC is safe, if there are spills its ok the fluid is non conductive, its not standard, you should oc your cpu, its under warranty with oc. 4. community is great. what is your budget? and what resolution will you be gaming at?

	the prebuilt models should do the job. two gtx 275 thats all you need.

	Yea, if one wants to go Tri SLI then LGA 1366 Core i7 is the way to go since the PCI-E bus isn't limited to 8X. Also, GTX 295 Quad SLI will work best with LGA 1366.

	The GTX 260 is the only card I have right now aside from the 2 8800gt I replaced. I may go tri-sli if the prices are decent. I wont see a whole lot of improvement in WoW but would like to see some improvement in FPS games i play.

	well till the p55 classified comes out, we are limited to tri sli, but once the classified comes out then we can do tri sli and 2 other cards just like the x58 classified.

	We may not carry the P55 Classified because we would want our users to goto the X58 chipset platform for higher end builds...
