Sceptre X22HG-Naga 22" Widescreen 16:10 LCD Monitor - 1680x1050, WSXGA, 2000:1, 2ms, VGA, DVI, Black from TigerDirectI'm using it and it's beautiful! Zero dead pixels and was already on WoW with no issues on my Acer laptop - for $160, I'm ecstatic! From a 19" CRT to this... feels like Christmas. Can't wait to hook it up to my new DS rig ![]() p.s. CompUSA was taken over by TigerDirect last yr - they have a 22" ACER LCD for $150 now Acer X223Wbd 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor - 2500:1, 1680 x 1050 (WSXGA+), VGA, DVI (HDCP), Black |

@ Klatone: haha well it's actually kinda funny cuz it's a low end lcd and I've been reading more and tho I was on a budget, I now understand the higher end of 1920x1080 and for just another $40 I could have gotten a slightly *better* lcd - but tbh, after going from a 19" crt to this 1680x1050 with ZERO dead pixels and very slight blacklight bleed, I am thrilled with my purchase! To read smaller text, I simply hold down ctrl + scroll wheel the mouse and problem solved.
My husband is also very impressed, and it takes alot to impress this man ![]() p.s. J&R Music World is selling a 1920x1080 for $180 + S&H - Acer H213H 21.5" 16:9 Widescreen / 1920x1080 Resolution / VGA - DVI - HDMI in / 300 cdm2 Brightness / 20,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio / Speaker / 5ms Screen Response and a really nice site about LCDs for beginners: http://news.digitaltrends.com/feature/6/lcd-resolution-when-bigger-is-actually-smaller Edited by Sentient AI - 31 Mar 2009 at 6:42pm |
