New Monitor (Need help picking one)

So I don't want to go over about $270 for a new monitor. I've been told that NEC are a lot better, but I just can't afford one. Looking for a resolution of 1920x1200. I was looking at this monitor but was told it probably wasn't very good.

That particular one has a TV tuner Built into it. Id say if you don't do much TV on your monitor . Id get something else. I own the non tuner version. and I would say that there are better ones out there for less. The viewing angle stinks on mine. you can find that sweetspot. but if you do any kind of gaming. and moving around a lot, it bites. I would rate mine as just being "OK". nothing more.

I don't necessarily need the tv tuner or the speakers. I just want a high definition monitor with a resolution of 1920x1200. Viewing angle isn't really that big of a problem.
