Hello everyone. Just want to get some info as I'm a complete newbie in this topic.

I'm looking for a gaming PC that is powerful. I need this to be an all around computer as well as a strong gaming PC. I need certain things to work in order for my build to be succesful with me.

I need it to run 3 monitors. I also want to be able to run Linux and Mac along with Windows. ( If there is software needed please help lol)

Budget is not that low. Something under 6000 would be ideal.

Thanks for the help gents.

Howdy, infodaniel1990. Welcome to our forums.

You would get better attention to your post in the "configuration" discussion. The most basic info we need right now, is what monitor resolution you intend to game at. Also helpful would be what the other uses you'll need. ( Goes to RAM advice).

Rest assured I think we can bring you in well below $6000! We try to recommend based upon the simplest setup to meet your needs. It will be powerful, though.

Welcome to DS.
As Cretae stated, the monitor resolution and uses (cpu also matters), gaming vs. _______. (For instance, what exactly are those "...certain things to work..."? ) for the gurus here to configure the best for the money. You can be certain that you will not get a better system anywhere for your money and if things go down, no one better to take care of you.  Awesome

I have a question I just purchased the vanquish level 2 and was wondering if it hooks up to WiFi or does it have to be hard wired? I’m new to PC gaming I’m coming from console.

Unless you selected the Wireless USB ASUS N13 option(which is basically a USB stick enabling you to connect to Wi-Fi), then you need a cable to connect your system to the cable modem for internet access. Your system's motherboard doesn't have built-in Wi-Fi and I don't see an option for an internal Wi-Fi component.

Go to "Configuration Discussion" and let us know what resolution your monitor will be for gaming.

Wireless USB's are ok... you'd do better just buying a PCI-e Wireless card.

ASUS makes some great Wireless AC cards that aren't expensive that you'd would really rather use than a USB variant.

Some of the Vanquish models are using Micro ATX mobos that have no room for another PCIe card.

The Vanquish 2 used the Asus H81M-E so we've been subjected to the USB dongles.

The present Vanquish level 2 lists having a single Pciex16 for graphics and 2x pciex1 slots for WiFi, etc.    One of the Pciex1 is probably blocked by the dual slot graphics card but there’s still another for Addons.    At least according to the configurator.
