The only two obvious details I suggest you reconsider are:
• Digital Storm overclocking -- Not that they would do a poor job of it, but for modern tech, out of the box settings already push performance quite well. Additionally, there are one-click settings if you would ever feel the need to push things to the limits, for example: Asus AI Overclocking I use it but, to be frank, it's unnecessary for the vast majority of users. • Jump to Windows 11 -- Sure, it may have a benefit for Digital Storm to install Windows 10 initially and provide that as the recovery method. However, Windows 11 is better equipped to handle/utilize current hardware. 1000W PSU is a bit more powerful than you need. I'd recommend the Corsair 850W.

difficult to provide focused input w/o knowing your usage needs. judging from your specs listed i'm assuming this is a level 2 Lumos build, so a ~$2k budget? this is a 4K gaming ready rig in the Lynx line up for $2,250 (slightly above your budget)>https://www.digitalstorm.com/configurator.asp?id=4547296 just be aware that the higher resolution you go the more emphasis on the graphics card there is. conversely, 1080p gaming is shifted towards the CPU, so a fast 8-core (games don't really benefit from more cores) will probably be ideal. also, i called this a "gaming rig" but it does incredibly well in a "non professional" productivity mode as well. honestly, these new procs (both AMD and Intel) are so good that any of them in the mid range ($300-$500) are going to be hard to distinguish from one another in real world performance usage, and are capable of long life (6-10 years) w/o need to upgrade.
