I've been looking into Digital Storm for awhile, and I just wanted to know what people think the best configuration is for a desktop that's within 4k price range.

It does not work like that, you need to build your gaming pc based the monitor, you don't build the race around the car, you build the car around the race.

What is the native resolution of the monitor you gonna be gaming at?
