I know the computer is going to be expensive so I was trying to keep it 4,500 or less even though I know that this is over that. I game at 1280x1024. I have Alienware's Optx monitor and the video cards I put in are good but I wasn't sure if I need them to be that good. And I also wasn't sure about the liquid cooling, which added to the cost. I do keep my computer on for periods of time and I have had problems with overheating and I want to try liquid cooling but not sure if what I have chosen is the best.

Also, I am going to admit I have no idea about motherboards so I don't know if the one I chose is the best for what I am looking for and within my budget.

ok few more questions, your current monitor is giving you a res of 1200 x 1000, are you going to use that monitor with a $4500 pc or if I show you a great system for way under $3900, would you like to purchase a 24" monitor with a 1900 x 1200 res?

here you go, you get liquid cooling on cpu and gpu, I gave you dual loop, so that you can add more gpus to your gpu loop and have good temps.

this system will handle what ever you throw at it at 1900 x 1200.

I like to put you in a vertex, 120GB, I see the price would be basically the same as you going to newegg and getting the vertex turbo there ( a bit faster), so I listed the system without the vertex, if you like just order the turbo version from newegg and once you get the system you can just clone the 500GB to the vertex turbo to move the os and everything in one shot, just checkout the "clone guide" in my sig for that, if not then just add the vertex to my build and you are good to go, the price will be $3818 or something around that if you add the vertex.

Now this leaves you with plenty of money left over to get a good 24" monitor, I'm not great with monitors but I can tell you that a sign of a good panel on a monitor is that it has the same Viewing Angle, both vertical and horizontal, and above 170°.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but what do you mean by vertex and all that? And I like this set up that you gave me, thanks for your help.
