I have a question about an idea i have. I recently bought an 8800gt for my current gaming computer. i was sadly still running a 6600gt in the thing and definitely needed more juice for gaming, hence i'm getting into newer games finally. it's really bottlenecked... i think.
current system:
BFG 590 SLI mobo
1 gig corsair xms
amd athlon 3500+
200 GB maxtor ultra
sony DVD burner
700w OCZ gamexstream psu
of course 8800gt
I want to get a new system but i'm on a limited budget so what i need is something to accomodate my new 8800gt not to replace the system entirely and i want to switch to intel. i'm really thinking about having it prebuilt hence DS seems really great and i'd appreciate a professional job... over my sloppy time restricted builds.
Any feedback, ideas, or build recommendations would be appreciatede

Be happy to provide some ideas chuck, but it would help if you could define "limited" budget in more specific terms.

Couple questions:
Do you plan on using duel video cards anytime in the future?
Overclocking anything?
How much hard drive space do you think you need?
Does the 'bling' factor effect you? (aka do you wanna spend money on lights n junk on the inside?)
Vista or XP?

Probably not unless i go to the new series. it might not be with the 8800gt. probably overclock cpu and memory
between 200 and 500 for now.
I like the lighting as long as its not a huge expense and it's usually not.
I like XP but vista will probably be in the future.
