Everything looks good with a few tweaks.

Go with the 1TB WD Caviar Black for the best performance, speed and reliabilit instead of the 500GB Seagate.

For the SSD if you have the money you may consider going with something like the 160GB. The 120GB fills up fast so it does not hurt to have extra room to store more games.

For the OS we typically recommend Pro over Home Premium since Pro has a few extra features that may come in handy, better backwards compatibility for XP programs for example. Also I am fairly certain Pro has less bloatware.

You really only need 8GB of RAM so you may be able to save some money there. Games are not even coming close to maxing out 8GB and you'll have tons of GPU RAM to handle your games anyways. More then 8GB of RAM is not needed unless you are rendering or something like that.

My system the way its configured now, will it be super loud?  is there a way to make it a bit quiter if so.  I mean ive never had a lc system, nor tri sli system.  My last comp was loud and had no wear near as much hardware.  Oh and will it give off alot of heat or will it stay cool and keep the room im in at normal temps?

LC is always loud as it uses smaller fans (typically 120mm or 140mm) to cooler the radiator. How cool your system runs and how much heat it gives off is directly related to room air temps. If the room is hot, or has bad ventilation the system will run hot regardless of it being an air or liquid cooled system.

The one thing your system will save on is GPU fan noise, since you won't have any, and those are typically the loudest fans in a system. You can always adjust your case and/or radiator fan speeds as needed to balance performance and noise. You will not know what settings you need until you get the rig in your room and get it under load.

ASk DS to use XSPC "RX" series rad with Scythe gentle typhoon fans on them, this will give you better performance with practically no noise.

Your room temp will have a big impact on your temps, whether you have lc or air, so you want to make sure the room temp is at 75f or lower, otherwise you may have issues.

of course the pc will give off heat, the heat that is generated from your use has to go somewhere, it goes to the room.

change your hdd to 1TB bc as jm299 said, and get a ram fan.
