Thinking I'll probably do the Step-Up program in February :)
I went with the pro-case at the last second. Almost got the extreme. Hopefully I made the right choice, I don't think i'll do SLI. Edited by Devil_Dog - 21 Nov 2007 at 8:00pm |

this will take up 2 PCI slots?
will this truly be twice the power of 1 gtx?
not too sure what it means by chipset and what that correlates to FPS. Edited by sundowner - 22 Nov 2007 at 12:05am |

It is 2 GPUs on one board so it will take up one PCI-E slot. No one knows about performance yet but I will bet that it will be on par with the Ultra.
It is set to launch in Jan/Feb to compete with AMD's upcoming dual GPU solution. |

for the slots i just meant because of its size. and since it'll have two GPU's it won't be even faster? that seems alittle strange.

Well it's basically going to be SLI 8800GT or SLI 8800GTS 512 =x
If the SLI setups can compete with the Ultra, the D8E will be Nvidia's new flagship product. |
