My main reason for going with a rig is im tired of gaming consules. I own them all - X-360 and PS3, but im tired of all the crap u get. No playback no this no that. For example the only reason I'd get a X -360 is 2 play Halo 3. All the other good games for it are on the computer like Assasins creed. But thats crying over spilled milk. My main concerns is i only want a base computer that i can upgrade later EASILY ( thats y i chose the HAF), but at the same time i dont want a moderate computer either. I know the LC is a go but some questions like
1)should i get a bigger power supply
2) should i get faster memory?
3) should i get the ASUS mother board for the higher OC
4) should i go with the 2 NIVIDA 285 at the higher price
 5) should i get the 300 GB veloci just in case?
6) should i take away something

Thanks for you guys help all advice is appreciated

P.S. pls keep in mind my budgets only like 3,200 + tax

My pleasure

1. the 1000w PSU I gave is fine

2. nope, the ram I gave you is fine, you won't notice the difference if you go up.

3. no the EVGA will give you the same results if not better and EVGA has been more reliable then asus so far here.

4. nope, higher price yes, higher performance, not really, the 275 is extremely close to the 285, the difference is very little

5. no wait till the end of the year, let the prices of SSD fall then go with SSD.

6. there is nothing to take away unless you want to remove the trim accents.

my build after discount is $2862 and if you don't live in California, there is no tax

DS has no payment plans

Trust me when I say you won't regret it, my builds are always geared around getting the most performance for your money.

You might want to just use the 500GB as HDD1 for now and then upgrade to a SSD when prices are better.
