After much debating between --------, -------and ds decided to go with DS. Ordered and was happy with the constant emails updating me on the status of my system. UPS as usual screwed up but my pc arrived. great packaging unboxed it and got it running. On second day noticed that the memory was not the corsair I had asked and paid for ( very surprised given all the checking and rechecking supposedly done ). Contacted DS, Email; no response so I called. Got a call back 30 mins later agreeing to the solution I proposed. They send me correct memory for me to install along with a prepaid label for me to send back incorrect memory. It was sent very promptly but sig required so I had to sit at home all day sat waiting for fedex, not happy about that.
   Bad news is there is no prepaid label with the correct memory for me to send back the old stuff as promised, so now I have to waste more of my time Mon fixing that.

I'm sure they will fix it it. My Slade with upgraded intel, Gpu and memory seems great so far just hate having to do back and forth stuff to fix a mistake that should not have happened when it costs me time and irritation.

I perfectly understand.   Nobody wants needless aggravation. Luckily, you were willing to do the swap. Not everyone would. Something fell through.

I'm glad to hear that you're up and running now, I hope you will enjoy your Digital Storm PC and that it will run great without any issues.

In regards to the pre-paid label, that's an easy solution, we can email you a return label as well. Simply send an email to "[email protected]" with your order information and we'll take care of it.

Hi, thanks for the response, Turns out I was in error about the shipping label and owe an apology there. Fount it tucked away inside the electrostatic envelope. After a week of use very happy with the system itself. Need to change the thread title.
